We make everything in house: bread, soups, sauces, desserts, gelati, chocolates...

 Chef Paul Andrew

Chef Paul Andrew is a meticulous chef, classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.  After graduating, from the CIA, he began his career at Nikolai's Roof in Atlanta, Georgia, (rated Five Diamond, Four Stars).  He has worked at many fine dining restaurants around the world and now brings his worldly experience and talent to Branford, Connecticut at his own restaurant, Reverie Kitchen.  His passion is the creation of unique foods, sweets and desserts with fabulous ingredients and exceptional flavor.
